Hydrangeas 01 is an example of my soft pastel art. This type of art is usually created on the street at festivals and viewed through a lens of a camera (or phone). This velvety rendering inspiration came from my previous job as a florist. Hydrangeas 01 is behind museum glass that is virtually non-reflective and 99% UV protective. *Viewers are encouraged to take a photo or simply look through one lens versus using the naked eye.
As an Artist Sarah Arace enjoys expressing herself through many different media, including; drawing, painting, photography, animation, and mixed-media. Born as, Sarah Ellen Langdon, and raised in Huntington West Virginia she currently lives in Nashville TN with her husband and 2 dogs. Sarah's studies and instruction of art has taken her to; SCAD in Savannah GA, The Art Institute of TN, Vanderbilt University, and University of Florida.
